What if everyone loved your song except you? When Thom Yorke of Radiohead came up with Creep he really didn’t like it much. After having some false starts with recording some other songs in the studio, the band gave “Creep” a try and after they finished one take the room erupted in applause. The song which has been described as a slacker anthem was reportedly inspired by Yorke’s obsession with a stranger he used to follow around in bars. The band released the song on their debut studio album Pablo Honey in 1993. The song wasn’t an instant hit but started creeping up the college radio charts, finding an audience with the young people working out their own interpersonal insecurities. As the song grew in popularity the members of Radiohead seemed to resent the song, going years without playing it in concert, nicknaming it “Crap” and getting angry when journalists asked about it. But people kept loving the song. “Creep” has been covered by many artists including Postmodern Jukebox, the Pretenders, Tears for Fears, and Kelly Clarkson. It was been performed live by Prince and actor Jim Carrey. Even Radiohead is coming around. The song is now back on their setlist.  The backing track for Creep is available as an instrumental. Bass sound isn't great, but overall pretty solid track, sound quality is much better once the chorus kicks in and some of the 'uglier' sounds are hidden

I am glad that this version has been improved. The distorted electric guitar was too loud before, and the mix is much better now. Thank you!
