The composition for “Hotel California” started as a home-recorded instrumental demo from guitarist Don Felder. The lyrics were written by Don Henley and Glenn Frey. When recording the track for the album, they just couldn’t get it right and after many false starts, they went back to referencing the original demo for that distinctive guitar intro. I love this song. It's a big favorite for me Luckily I was able to purchase the backing track in Bbm/A#m. Just from practicing with the preview, I knew I found it in another key besides Bm. -

Excellent Tracks! My only complaint is the way they end it. At the very end of the song after the great guitar solo, there's a Karaoke-ish sound they do to end, rather than a fade out. -
