One of ABBA's most well-known and enduring hits, "Fernando" was first released as a single in 1976 and in its original form conceived as a solo single sung by the group's Anni-Frid Lyngstad, who found fame with the track on her chart-topping Swedish solo album Frida ensam in 1975. Written by Björn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson, this euphoric crowd-puller tells the story of two freedom fighters from the Mexican Revolution of the early 20th century and appeared on ABBA's landmark gold-certified fourth studio album Arrival (1976). Themes of nostalgia and liberation take centre stage as the two veterans wistfully look back on their character-forming fight for independence. "Fernando" hung around at the summit of the Australian charts for an impressive 15 weeks and shot to the top of the charts in multiple other countries worldwide, including the Netherlands, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, the UK, and Canada.

Chorus has an extra beat in it compared to the origonal Abba track, making it sound faster, bjut its not really,so just sing chorus at normal speed.
