Another hilariously inappropriate track title from Swedish occult rockers Ghost, this eerie epic "Call Me Little Sunshine" is the fourth track from their 2022 album Impera, which draws creative inspiration from the Black Plague era of 14th century Europe. With its devilish imagery evoking black masses ("Call out in the middle of the night / For when else would I hear you? / Fall out in the cold starlight / I can save you if you do") and predators ("Light up in the middle of the day / For how else could you see me? / Ease up to the hunter from thе prey / And transform indefinitely") framed by bursts of gothic organ and shiver-inducing guitar solos, "Call Me Little Sunshine" packs an almighty punch. Impera track "Hunter's Moon" – the band's first song in two years – was released on 30 September 2021 in support of the 2021 slasher flick Halloween Kills – which was directed by David Gordon Green – and is featured on the film's soundtrack.
