"Cold Heart (PNAU remix)” is the lead single from Sir Elton John's 32nd album The Lockdown Sessions. The album was recorded during the Covid pandemic after restrictions caused the superstar to pause his Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour. The song features international pop star Dua Lipa and is a remix by the Australian production trio PNAU. “Cold Heart (PNAU remix)” is a retro dance track that could have easily been a track from Dua Lipa’s Future Nostalgia album. She sings part of Elton John's smash “Rocketman.” and several other Elton John songs can be heard as samples including "Sacrifice," "Kiss the Bride," and "Where's the Shoorah?" Elton John had previously collaborated with PNAU on his remix album Good Morning to the Night.
