It's a Sin - Elton John & Years & Years - MP3 instrumental karaoke

Elton John and Ollie Anderson of the British electronic group Years & Years collaborated on a 2021 remake of "It's a Sin.” The song was a hit by Pet Shop Boys in 1987. Lyricist Neil Tennant said the song was inspired by his days as a student at St. Cuthbert's Catholic High School. "At school they taught me how to be / So pure in thought and word and deed / They didn't quite succeed" He wrote the song in about 15 minutes and originally thought of the song as tongue-in-cheek, not meant to be taken seriously, but looking back on it now, he wonders if he wasn't tapping into some deeper emotions when writing it. Elton John and Ollie Anderson’s version starts as a ballad but soon explodes into an electropop dance anthem. The two debuted “It’s a Sin” on the Brit Awards before releasing the song as a single with proceeds going to the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
