Thinking 'Bout You - Dustin Lynch & MacKenzie Porter - MP3 instrumental karaoke

Dustin Lynch recorded "Thinking 'Bout You" for both his fourth and fifth album. The country artist first recorded the duet with Lauren Alaina for 2020's Tullahoma but the timing wasn't right. Just as he was set to release "Thinking 'Bout You" as a single, Alaina's duet with country artist Jon Pardi ("Getting Over Him") was climbing the charts. The label didn't want two duets dueling on the charts, so Lynch decided to re-record the song with another female vocalist. But who? He asked fans and music insiders to recommend singers, listened to the submitted mp3s, and chose Canadian singer and actress MacKenzie Porter. Their version was included on his 2022 album, Blue in the Sky. This time the timing was right; the single stayed at the top of Billboard's Country Airplay chart for six weeks.
