When Dua Lipa was selecting songs for her Future Nostalgia album, she didn't quite know what to do with the tropical pop song "We're Good”. The song was so different from the disco throwback vibe of the album that she decided to leave it off. She found a place for the unique song with the release of a special reissue Future Nostalgia: The Moonlight Edition. "We're Good" was released as the lead single accompanied by a video featuring Lipa as a restaurant singer aboard the Titanic. The lyrics make it clear that it’s time to move on but she wants the split to be amicable, singing "I think it's pretty plain and simple / We gave it all we could / It's time I wave goodbye from the window / Let's end this like we should and say we're good.” The backing track for "We're Good" is available with background vocals or as an instrumental on Karaoke Version.
