Can I modify my MP3 custom backing track after having purchased my order?
Absolutely! Once you've purchased a song, all subsequent mixes are unlimited and free. You can modify all of the custom accompaniment tracks, including ones you purchased months ago. All the files you've already bought are available in "My Files."
Why do I only hear a sample although I've bought this track?

If we already have the instrumental track, then you can suggest the accompaniment MP3 by clicking on the envelope on the related page. If the title is not currently available in any format, you can always request it with the suggestion tool.

We do not currently have the separated mixes for all of our instrumental tracks, and unfortunately the audio multi-track conversion is long and complex. Nevertheless, we're doing our best to complete the custom accompaniments catalog.
How can I change the key of my Custom Backing Track?
In order to change the key of your Custom Backing Track, you just need to click on the arrows next to the "Add to cart" button.

When you have selected your key, click on "Reload" and your new Custom Backing Track will be generated accordingly.

What happens if I've already purchased the tracks?

From your account, under "My Files", you just need to click "Change". The "classic" interface will show up and from there, the instructions are the same.
What is panning and how can I do it?
Panning allows you to create distinct effects by adjusting the track’s sounds to left or right.

Panning is allowed with any Karaoke Version Custom Backing Tracks and can be done by sliding the grey slider to the left or right.

- R = Right
The latest updated version of the mixer along with an an updated web browser is required to use this feature.
How to download each track separately ?
If you want to get each track separately, the only way to do so is to create them separately and then download the separated file individually for each instrument/track.

And there is no need to worry when you modify your Custom Backing Tracks because you can do it as much as you want for free !

One request of the Karaoke Version staff. Your website is clear and uncluttered. Transpositions and selection of instruments is clear. PLEASE DO NOT be tempted to 'upgrade' it with silly bells and whistles, as most websites eventually become. Do what you like to improve things behind the scenes, but don't think that tarting it up with cartoons and CeeBeebees figures will improve it. It's good already.

I'm transposing this for a Bb clarinet. The quality of this track is very good. Buying it in Custom Backing Track is excellent, as I can keep revisiting the Karaoke site to find the best keys (two for this song) for the instrument. Also, I can download it (again) it with lead vocal, to facilitate the re-writing in my music software, and then download without the lead vocal, for performance with the instrument.
