Can I modify my MP3 custom backing track after having purchased my order?
Absolutely! Once you've purchased a song, all subsequent mixes are unlimited and free. You can modify all of the custom accompaniment tracks, including ones you purchased months ago. All the files you've already bought are available in "My Files."
Why do I only hear a sample although I've bought this track?

What is panning and how can I do it?
Panning allows you to create distinct effects by adjusting the track’s sounds to left or right.

Panning is allowed with any Karaoke Version Custom Backing Tracks and can be done by sliding the grey slider to the left or right.

- R = Right
The latest updated version of the mixer along with an an updated web browser is required to use this feature.
How to download each track separately ?
If you want to get each track separately, the only way to do so is to create them separately and then download the separated file individually for each instrument/track.

I play a lot of Solo gigs, mainly for the Golden Agers, and I have been getting many of my background tracks from these guys for years. I play guitar with the tracks. I can adjust the different instruments and create a place for my guitar in the music. Love it!!

Track is really loud. I wish your tracks were all the same levels it makes it difficult when using live. One track is really hot then the next is really.

You can't modify the tempo of the tracks directly on our website. You can, however, download a free audio software (we recommend Audacity) to modify the tempo of your MP3 tracks. Keep in mind that modifying the tempo can greatly reduce its quality.
