Named after the Sydney suburb they grew up in, Australian country music duo Seaforth has been active ever since their move to the US in 2017. After being signed by RCA/Sony Nashville in 2018, Tom Jordan and Mitch Thompson released two well-received EPs—2019's Love That and Reimagined—and put out a series of successful singles that quickly established them as one of the most promising talents in the country music scene. In 2020, the pair was named Breakthrough Songwriter of the Year at the Global APRA Awards.
