Amazing instrumental version! -
timgil 4 years agoIt may not be the "tempo" as such - but it sounds very mechanical. The cover version highlights this even more. I do not think it is a fault with the singer, but him fitting in with the music. Some phrases are too fast, some are too short, but they are "made to fit" in with the tempo with an effect that there is no "emotion" to it. Would love to hear another shot at this one.

This karaoke version is too much faster. This song in "The Phantom Of The Opera (1986 musical)" is sung by Michael Crawford alone, not by Michael Crawford & Sarah Brightman. And the length of the original is much longer than this one. Hope this version could be refined. -
