A sort of modern-day Midas, Canadian pop singer Shawn Mendes has been topping the charts in Canada, the US, and Europe since the release of his studio debut, 2015's Handwritten. After scoring his first Number 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 with the Camila Cabello duet "Señorita," Mendes headed back into the studio to work on his fourth studio album, Wonder. Released in December 2020, the full-length featured the chart-topping single "Monster" with Justin Bieber and also Mendes' third collaboration with girlfriend Camila Cabello on the atmospheric pop of "Dream."
