"And Then Some" comes from the country band Midland. The band, which started in Dripping Springs, Texas, took its name from the Dwight Yoakam song "Fair to Midland." The trio is made up of vocalist/guitarist Mark Wystrach, guitarist Jess Carson, and bassist Cameron Duddy. If Wystrach looks familiar, he's worked as an actor and a model. He was a cast member of the NBC soap opera Passions, and he portrays country singer Gary Paxton in the upcoming Tammy Faye Baker biopic, The Eyes of Tammy Faye. All three members of Midland are songwriters. Not only do they write most of the songs they record but Duddy directs their videos. He's not just a bassist with a video camera, he's directed some of the most popular videos from the last few years, including "Uptown Funk" by Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars. "And Then Some" is a touching song about struggling to get over an ex. It's from their The Last Resort EP.
