Finding fame on the soundtrack for the 2008 comedy Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay – written and directed by Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg – Mickey Avalon's "My Dick" certainly captures the movie's irreverent stoner humour in its adult subject-matter and silly rhymes. The hidden track on the Hollywood rapper's 2006 self-titled album sees him nonsensically and favourably compare his penis to another's (who is not explicitly mentioned by name in the tune), and became a hit among his Myspace-originating fanbase (his album Mickey Avalon happens to the first release for the Myspace label) and a certain type of movie watcher. "My Dick" was also featured in 2009 rom-com The Rebound, and the HBO comedy-drama series Hung, which follows a suburban Detroit high-school basketball and baseball coach-turned-gigolo as well as Seth MacFarlane's hit adult animated sitcom American Dad!.
