"Where Did We Go Wrong" is a song by L.T.D. from their album Shine On. The song was co-written and sung by Jeffrey Osborne who quit the band a year later to start his solo career. "Where Did We Go Wrong" hit #7 on the Hot Soul Singles chart and the album reached #6 on the R&B charts. The lyrics move beyond the question of where the relationship went wrong and on to a place where they can work to put the problem behind them. "It doesn't matter who is right or wrong / It doesn't matter who's to blame / We both have to swallow our pride / To make this love strong, ooh, baby." The song was produced by Philly Soul great Bobby Martin who is known for his Grammy-winning arrangements. One of his most popular arrangements is the theme from the Soul Train TV dance program.
The backing track for "Where Did We Go Wrong" is available with background vocals or as an instrumental on Karaoke Version.
