Try That in a Small Town - Jason Aldean - MP3 instrumental karaoke

Jason Aldean's controversial 2023 track "Try That in a Small Town" provoked enough outrage to have the video taken off the Country Music Television (CMT) airwaves. The video, which has been criticised for its allegedly racist undertones (notably its inclusion of the Maury County Courthouse in Columbia, Tennessee, which was the site of a lynching in 1927 and a race riot in 1946) depicts protest footage as well as surveillance footage from robberies and break-ins as Jason Aldean sings: "Well, try that in a small town / See how far ya make it down the road / 'Round here, we take care of our own." Ironically, he's trying to project an image of anti-violence but at the same time appears to take a pro-gun stance. "Got a gun that my granddad gave me / They say one day they're gonna round up / Well, that shit might fly in the city, good luck," sings the country megastar. Thankfully, "Try That in a Small Town" didn't get very far.
