"Just in Case" apparently started life as a ballad before morphing into the gold-plated R&B jam that it is today. Ghetto Love was the world's introduction to Jaheim. Across 21 tracks, the New Brunswick-born artist marked out his territory as an artist with a bona fide soul heritage (he's the grandson of the late 1960s soul singer Hoagy Lands) and buckets of talent, pouring this into another six full-length albums, which spanned 2002 follow-up, Still Ghetto, fourth studio album The Makings of a Man (2007) and 2016's Struggle Love.

Just in Case, wow! Excellent execution of this R&B classic of 2001. Instrumental version is on the mark. Perfection. Love me some, Jaheim. Kudos to the lead vocalist and back-up vocals. I'm so impressed. This song is the Party Anthem of the 21st Century. Thank you, Karaoke Version. 5.09.2023.
