No artist has done more to popularize the calypso music genre than the great Jamaican-American pop star Harry Belafonte. With a number of hits in the 1950s and 1960s, he brought the music genre to the forefront of pop culture. Jump In the Line (Shake Senora),” with its bright Island rhythms and party atmosphere, was one of those singles. Originally composed by Trinbagodian musician Lord Kitchener, known as “the godfather of calypso,” the song was once recorded by Woody Herman and his Third Herd in the early 1950s. This inspired a version by mento star Lord Flea, which in turn gave way to Harry Belafonte’s famous version in 1961. It was produced by Bob Bollard for the album Jump Up Calypso (1961). The song famously appears during the finale of Tim Burton’s 1988 dark comedy Beetlejuice; the movie also featured another Harry Belafonte song, Day O (Banana Boat Song).” Both tunes make appearances in the movie’s Broadway musical adaptation.

It follows the original version rather well and that is what I was looking for.
