The pop standard "Something's Gotta Give" was composed by American singer-songwriter Johnny Mercer in 1954. The song was specially written for Fred Astaire, who offered the first known performance of the song in the 1955 musical film Daddy Long Legs. Featuring lyrics that use the irresistible force paradox as a metaphor for a relationship between a reserved, older man and a lively young woman, "Something's Gotta Give" earned a nomination for Best Original Song at the 1955 Academy Awards, but ended up losing to "Love is a Many Splendored Thing." In the years that followed, it was covered by a wide array of artists from all genres, including The McGuire Sisters, Sammy Davis Jr., Bing Crosby, and Frank Sinatra, who included it in his 1959 album Come Dance with Me! Very much in line with the song's previous versions, The Voice's rendition of "Something's Gotta Give" featured a bouncy, big band feel that perfectly contrasted with the singer's raspy baritone voice. Come Dance with Me! became Frank Sinatra's most successful LP, spending two years on the Billboard charts and winning Album of the Year at the Grammy Awards.

This is a great arrangement, but I think KV will spruce this one up in the future with better sounding horns like they thankfully do. Keep up the great work!
