Flight of the Conchords aka Wellington, New Zealand multi-instrumentalists Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement take an unconventional approach to serenading a potential lover—by tuning into the medium of musical comedy. Tongue-in-cheek ditty "If You're Into It" humorously examines the ridiculousness and awkwardness of contemporary romance as the pair sing, "If you want me to / I could hang around with you / If I only knew / That’s what you’re into." Written by Jemaine Clement and Bret McKenzie, "If You're Into It" was featured as part of the folk parody duo's self-titled debut album in 2008 and rose through the ranks to become a firm fan favourite, showcasing Flight of the Conchords's silly wit and wide-ranging musical skills.
