“Be Ever Wonderful" is a song by Earth, Wind & Fire from their Grammy-winning album All 'n All. The song was written by band members Larry Dunn and Maurice White. The album was produced by White who said it was inspired by a month-long trip to Brazil and Argentina. Dunn explained that he came home after being at a club and he wasn't sleepy. He felt a song idea coming to him so he stayed up all night working on it. By noon the next day he called White to tell him he had the music finished for a new song. "Be Ever Wonderful" is a beautiful love ballad that closes the album. The passionate lead is White, backed by Phillip Bailey's distinctive falsetto.
