"Ain't Shit" is the eleventh track on American rapper and singer Doja Cat's third studio album, Planet Her (2021). Initially titled "N.A.S.," the song is said to be a sarcastic response to East Coast rapper Nas' single "Ultra Black," in which he openly accused Doja Cat of being racist. Written by Amala Dlamini, David Sprecher, and Kurtis McKenzie, with additional input by producers Rogét Chahayed and Tizhimself, "Ain't Shit" was first teased during an Instagram live stream and later went viral on the TikTok video-sharing platform. Over a minimalist R&B beat, Doja Cat showcases her versatility as a performer, effortlessly moving back and forth between rapping and singing while expressing her growing dissatisfaction with men in general. Even though it wasn't officially released as a promotional single, "Ain't Shit" still managed to chart internationally, debuting at Number 24 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and reaching similar positions in Canada, Ireland, and the UK.
