If you want to get each track separately, the only way to do so is to create them separately and then download the separated file individually for each instrument/track.

Good. As a custom track, I can bring down the key, and eventually delete lead vocal. Very useful, as Roy sings so high, we couldn't play this in his original key! Without fuss, the software simply gets on with it and delivers what I want. The Custom Backing Track deal is very convenient.
