Daniel Boaventura has been an important voice in the Brazilian cultural scene for a long time, acting in television, film, and the stage since the 1990s. As a singer, he has performed for sold-out theater audiences all over Brazil and abroad. Following the success of his cover albums Songs 4 U (2009) and Italiano (2010), Daniel Boaventura returned in 2012 with Ao Vivo, a collection of live performances of songs from his first two LPs as well as some previously unreleased tracks.
