The arrangement of these tracks is quite different from the original Oingo Boingo version. The key bass line is not even close. It's also much faster (by 12 BPM) from the record version. Recording is 161 BPM, tracks are at 173 BPM. Simply put - this version is too fast and too different from the original recording to be useful for most bands. -

Well produced but this is from the Boingo Alive album, not the original released version. Why you would choose that version to cover is puzzling. I'm hoping you can re-record this as the proper version from the Dead Man's Party album. -
