What should I do if the preview doesn't sound right?

The preview tool may sometimes give a bad quality feedback. Though, the generated custom tracks will always be well synchronized and noiseless. Before your first order, you can check out our custom accompaniment tracks with one of the free titles.
If you're having some preview problems, here's how to solve them:
  • Update your flash player.
  • Restart your browser and eventually try with a different browser.
  • A clipped sound may be caused by a slow system. Close your running software and keep only your browser open.
  • If you're still experiencing problems, try with another computer.
