"Dog Days Are Over," released in 2008, is a breakout hit by Florence + The Machine from their debut album Lungs. Written by lead vocalist Florence Welch and Isabella Summers, the song blends baroque pop with anthemic rock, characterized by its explosive percussion, harp, and Florence Welch's earth-shattering vocals. Inspired by a giant text installation by artist Ugo Rondinone that read "Dog Days Are Over," the song lyrically explores themes of liberation and the end of a period of hardship. The track was propelled to critical and commercial success, peaking in the top 30 of the UK Singles Chart and finding global acclaim, also becoming a staple of the band's live performances."Dog Days Are Over" remains one of Florence + The Machine's signature songs, celebrated for its rich composition and uplifting message, embodying the band's one-of-a-kind sound and Florence Welch's unique artistic vision.

The quality of the music is good. I feel as though the variety of songs should branch out to newer songs, but other than that, karaoke-version is really good
