"Bad Habits" is a song by Ed Sheeran. The British artist first topped the charts with acoustic-driven songs like "Shape of You" and "Perfect" but on this song, he moves into more of a pop-dance vibe. Sheeran sings about bad choices he made while overdoing it. The artist says that fatherhood has changed his bad habits. He and his wife, Cherry, became parents of a daughter Lyra in 2020. In speaking with BBC Radio 1's Greg James, he said, "As soon as Cherry told me she was pregnant, life shifted, in terms of work and health and what I was putting into my body, be it food or alcohol."
