Country superstar Carrie Underwood recorded "Just as I Am" for her 2021 gospel album My Savior. The popular hymn was written by Charlotte Elliott in 1835, with music by William Bradbury. The song was a favorite of Billy Graham's. The late evangelist converted to Christianity in 1934 after a sermon where "Just as I Am" was played as the altar call song. Graham continued to use the hymn as the alter call at over 50 years of Billy Graham Crusade rallies. He also used the song's title for the title of his book, Just as I Am: The Autobiography of Billy Graham.
