"So Good" is a song by Al Jarreau from Heart's Horizon. The beautiful song tells about finally finding true love. "When you came along / You made it safe / For love to survive." Jarreau had a long and successful career as a singer and musician. While most of his music would be considered jazz/fusion, he had hits on the R&B charts and soloed with fellow stars on the "We Are the World" African charity project. He started out in the 60s, working as a rehab counselor during the day while playing in a jazz trio at night with a young George Duke. Years later, the two jazz greats worked together again on this track, Duke produced and played keyboards on "So Good.” The song also features saxaphonist David Sanborn.
