Can I modify my MP3 custom backing track after having purchased my order?
Absolutely! Once you've purchased a song, all subsequent mixes are unlimited and free. You can modify all of the custom accompaniment tracks, including ones you purchased months ago. All the files you've already bought are available in "My Files."
Why do I only hear a sample although I've bought this track?

We do not currently have the separated mixes for all of our instrumental tracks, and unfortunately the audio multi-track conversion is long and complex. Nevertheless, we're doing our best to complete the custom accompaniments catalog.
How can I change the key of my Custom Backing Track?

What is panning and how can I do it?
Panning allows you to create distinct effects by adjusting the track’s sounds to left or right.

Panning is allowed with any Karaoke Version Custom Backing Tracks and can be done by sliding the grey slider to the left or right.

- R = Right
The latest updated version of the mixer along with an an updated web browser is required to use this feature.
How to download each track separately ?
If you want to get each track separately, the only way to do so is to create them separately and then download the separated file individually for each instrument/track.

And there is no need to worry when you modify your Custom Backing Tracks because you can do it as much as you want for free !

Using in ShowOne app and while I understand why the click is off (you explained below) it really makes the backing track unusable with built in click. I would love if you could alter the track to align a click, even if it strayed slightly from the earthy tempo vibe of the original. thank you.

Just as in the original version, the tempo of this song is variable (around 126 BPM). This may give the impression that the click speeds up. It's a matter of interpretation, and unfortunately, as we stick as close to the original version as possible, we don't change the interpretation of the song. As such, there is no way to modify this.

Solid Drum Track. The one thing that would make KV the ultimate is if you would break out the kick and snare tracks. In the studio....Getting that Kick and Snare mix is foundational. In Many mixes I would like to adjust the Kick and Snare. Thanks for a great site.
