Can I modify my MP3 custom backing track after having purchased my order?
Absolutely! Once you've purchased a song, all subsequent mixes are unlimited and free. You can modify all of the custom accompaniment tracks, including ones you purchased months ago. All the files you've already bought are available in "My Files."
Why do I only hear a sample although I've bought this track?
Because the generation of a Custom Backing Track is long and complex, you'll only hear a short extract of your customization in real-time.

How can I change the key of my Custom Backing Track?

What happens if I've already purchased the tracks?

From your account, under "My Files", you just need to click "Change". The "classic" interface will show up and from there, the instructions are the same.
What is panning and how can I do it?
Panning allows you to create distinct effects by adjusting the track’s sounds to left or right.

Panning is allowed with any Karaoke Version Custom Backing Tracks and can be done by sliding the grey slider to the left or right.

- R = Right
The latest updated version of the mixer along with an an updated web browser is required to use this feature.
How to download each track separately ?
If you want to get each track separately, the only way to do so is to create them separately and then download the separated file individually for each instrument/track.

And there is no need to worry when you modify your Custom Backing Tracks because you can do it as much as you want for free !

OMG! You guys fixed 867-5309 Jenny. The new recording is 17 Billion times better! And it's in the correct key as the original musicians played it. 1) Backing are back in tune. 2) Guitar track left side is in tune. 3) Way better bass track. In sync with the drums and thumping real heavy. A touch better than the original song. 4) Drum track is locked and steady. Great job on the corrections with this new revision of Jenny Jenny. THANK YOU KAROAKE VERSION. You guys Rock. And now, so can I :-)

There's only been a couple songs I've ever run into on KV that I wish the drums were put to the solid tempo and only because they were a bit rough tempo wise throughout the song. Of all the songs I've purchased only two that I ran into I thought it would of been helpful feel wise to lock the drums in. Love this site. I use it all the time. Awesome.
