If you want to get each track separately, the only way to do so is to create them separately and then download the separated file individually for each instrument/track.

Hello, U guys really need to make the effort to label these individual tracks correctly. You've got electric guitar right, electric guitar left and electric guitar. Where is the lead guitar ? NOT where you'd think. Its on one of the tracks labeled "electric guitar" !! which one ? Your guess is as good as mine. It took me three downloads and three different mixes until I located which track the lead guitar was on so I could mute it for my purposes. This is soooooo frustrating and time consuming
