Why do I only hear a sample although I've bought this track?

Panning is allowed with any Karaoke Version Custom Backing Tracks and can be done by sliding the grey slider to the left or right.

How to download each track separately ?
If you want to get each track separately, the only way to do so is to create them separately and then download the separated file individually for each instrument/track.

You can customize a song as many times as you want once you have purchased it. Just go to "My files" (top-right corner of the screen) and select the song you wish to edit!
