Why do I only hear a sample although I've bought this track?

Good Track....But something went WRONG at time 2:40 ( the guitar has a C# and the Organ as a D) I'm aware that sometimes you can use the maj 3rd and min 3rd together (like a Bb7/9+) But to my ear in this case doesn't sound good.
