Why do I only hear a sample although I've bought this track?

Our band and I requested this song a couple times last year for the Custom Backing Tracks. I decided to check once again to see if it magically appeared... IT DID! Between my drummer and I we have a collection of a couple hundred or more Karaoke Version Tracks in our library. We use these for practice only, and what a perfect tool to use for practicing your voice or instrument; especially with the aid of a Click Track to monitor our timing.
