Can I modify my MP3 custom backing track after having purchased my order?
Absolutely! Once you've purchased a song, all subsequent mixes are unlimited and free. You can modify all of the custom accompaniment tracks, including ones you purchased months ago. All the files you've already bought are available in "My Files."
Why do I only hear a sample although I've bought this track?
Because the generation of a Custom Backing Track is long and complex, you'll only hear a short extract of your customization in real-time.

Panning is allowed with any Karaoke Version Custom Backing Tracks and can be done by sliding the grey slider to the left or right.

How to download each track separately ?
While you cannot download all individual tracks (stems) of a Custom Backing Track at the same time, you can download each track separately by creating individual mixes.

To do so, follow these steps:
1. Open the Custom Backing Track editor for the song you have purchased.
2. Mute all the tracks except for the one you want to isolate. Only this track should be audible.
3. Download the mix. It will contain only the selected track.
4. Repeat the process for each track you want to download separately.
Once a Custom Backing Track is purchased, you can create and download as many different mixes as you like at no additional cost.

a wonderful arrangement! VERY beautiful! - But I don´t like the synth./brass part, which sounds awkward to me. - Unfortunately you cannot just mute that track, as part of it is also included on another track (g, b, or dr), at 2:51 to 3:03. So for my use, I just cut that section altogether (on my recording software). - Still, a good job! Thank you!
