Can I modify my MP3 custom backing track after having purchased my order?
Absolutely! Once you've purchased a song, all subsequent mixes are unlimited and free. You can modify all of the custom accompaniment tracks, including ones you purchased months ago. All the files you've already bought are available in "My Files."
Why do I only hear a sample although I've bought this track?

What is panning and how can I do it?
Panning allows you to create distinct effects by adjusting the track’s sounds to left or right.

Panning is allowed with any Karaoke Version Custom Backing Tracks and can be done by sliding the grey slider to the left or right.

- R = Right
The latest updated version of the mixer along with an an updated web browser is required to use this feature.
How to download each track separately ?
If you want to get each track separately, the only way to do so is to create them separately and then download the separated file individually for each instrument/track.

Really good work here. The actual dialogue at the beginning (if you are interested in authenticity) is from the Marlon Brando movie "One Eyed Jacks" and goes: Man: I, uh — I guess you wondered why I never showed with the horses. Brando: Yeah, I thought about it. Well, you know, knowin' how you was in them days, I figured you for gettin' drunk and fallin' down onto some chiquita and losing track of time. Great job though.
