Why do I only hear a sample although I've bought this track?

When I lowered the key I get a wavy type of track. Quality is poor.

Indeed, changing the pitch reduces the quality of the audio files, but you are entirely free to download tracks you've purchased in a different key, for free. To do so, go to 'My files' and click the 'Pitch' button!
