Why do I only hear a sample although I've bought this track?

How to download each track separately ?
While you cannot download all individual tracks (stems) of a Custom Backing Track at the same time, you can download each track separately by creating individual mixes.

To do so, follow these steps:
1. Open the Custom Backing Track editor for the song you have purchased.
2. Mute all the tracks except for the one you want to isolate. Only this track should be audible.
3. Download the mix. It will contain only the selected track.
4. Repeat the process for each track you want to download separately.
Once a Custom Backing Track is purchased, you can create and download as many different mixes as you like at no additional cost.

Your product is very useful for me learning a bass line and also for our duet to have a "minus 2" (i.e. without vocal and bass) backing track for us to play along with.

I used the custom tracks as a base for recording this song. I changed the key and increased the speed slightly and decreased the length slightly. I add some of my own tracks, including vocals and my own harmony. This has produced a very good result. This is an excellent service for me since I don't have a band, but do play several instruments.
