To receive the best sound quality, the final mixing of your MP3 files can take a few minutes. You can follow your order on your My Files page. When the mixing is finished, you can download it just like any other file.
Can I modify my MP3 custom backing track after having purchased my order?
Absolutely! Once you've purchased a song, all subsequent mixes are unlimited and free. You can modify all of the custom accompaniment tracks, including ones you purchased months ago. All the files you've already bought are available in "My Files."
Why do I only hear a sample although I've bought this track?
Because the generation of a Custom Backing Track is long and complex, you'll only hear a short extract of your customization in real-time.

How can I change the key of my Custom Backing Track?

What is panning and how can I do it?
Panning allows you to create distinct effects by adjusting the track’s sounds to left or right.

Panning is allowed with any Karaoke Version Custom Backing Tracks and can be done by sliding the grey slider to the left or right.
- L = Left
- C = Center
- R = Right
The latest updated version of the mixer along with an an updated web browser is required to use this feature.
How to download each track separately ?
If you want to get each track separately, the only way to do so is to create them separately and then download the separated file individually for each instrument/track.

And there is no need to worry when you modify your Custom Backing Tracks because you can do it as much as you want for free !

I put in my daw (Ableton), and set tempo 125 bpm.,but the track is not actually 125 bpm, I fix each tracks with manually warping.. please set the tempo 125bpm correctly

Just as in the original version, the tempo of this song is variable (around 125 BPM). This may give the impression that the click speeds up or slows down or gets out of time. It's a matter of interpretation, and unfortunately, as we stick as close to the original version as possible, we don't change the interpretation of the song. As such, there is no way to modify this. Please be advised that this information is available on the song's page, right below the song's title, along with its key and its length.
