Why do I only hear a sample although I've bought this track?

Right and left acoustic guitar are squeaking badly on frets when changing chords or sliding fingers. You don't hear that on George Strait's recording. The lead singer doesn't sound realistic on the narrative part, like he's talking in a different accent, Hispanic or something when he says "... darling, I wasted a lot of years.."
