If you want to get each track separately, the only way to do so is to create them separately and then download the separated file individually for each instrument/track.

As far as I know, "Hard Habit To Beak" was recorded circa 1983-1984 and released in 1984, not 1982, as part of the Chicago 17 album. :-)
