Can I modify my MP3 custom backing track after having purchased my order?
Absolutely! Once you've purchased a song, all subsequent mixes are unlimited and free. You can modify all of the custom accompaniment tracks, including ones you purchased months ago. All the files you've already bought are available in "My Files."
Why do I only hear a sample although I've bought this track?
Because the generation of a Custom Backing Track is long and complex, you'll only hear a short extract of your customization in real-time.

What is panning and how can I do it?
Panning allows you to create distinct effects by adjusting the track’s sounds to left or right.

Panning is allowed with any Karaoke Version Custom Backing Tracks and can be done by sliding the grey slider to the left or right.

- C = Center
- R = Right
The latest updated version of the mixer along with an an updated web browser is required to use this feature.
How to download each track separately ?
If you want to get each track separately, the only way to do so is to create them separately and then download the separated file individually for each instrument/track.

And there is no need to worry when you modify your Custom Backing Tracks because you can do it as much as you want for free !

De manière générale, j'apprécie beaucoup vos backing Tracks. Bravo pour votre travail ! Toutefois, pour ce morceau Chan Chan, si les différentes pistes de guitares et de la trompette sont sympa, la section rythmique (la basse et surtout la drum-kit) pourrait être davantage "typée salsa" avec l'introduction de caballos, rellenos, cascara mambo, claves, martillos, maracas et autres güiro, ce qui rendrait le morceau plus dansant.

I would really enjoy if all the percussions were split... especially in a "salsa" song!! I'm a percussionnist so i like to find percussions backing tracks!
