"Badge" is one of Cream's biggest and best-known songs, penned by two musical legends—Eric Clapton and George Harrison—and recorded by the UK group on their final 1969 album, Goodbye. "Badge" was issued as a single from the LP and has been a live staple of Eric Clapton's solo shows ever since. "Thinking about the times you drove in my car / Thinking that I might have drove you too far / And I am thinking about the love that you laid on my table," he sings over a laid-back groove, propelled by his signature world-famous guitar work. This version of "Badge" was captured live in London's Hyde Park as part of Eric Clapton's concert on 29 June 1996, presented by the MasterCard Masters of Music for The Prince's Trust. The track was featured on the Live in Hyde Park concert film DVD, which served up a career-spanning banquet of favourites, including "Layla" "Wonderful Tonight," "Old Love," "Holy Mother," and many more crowd-pleasers.
