"Elvis Presley Medley" is a track from Irish singer-songwriter Derek Ryan's 2014 live album, The Entertainer – Live. Better known as a former member of the boy band D-Side, Derek Ryan has always shown his love for traditional Irish sounds as well as country music. Since going solo in 2006, the Garyhill native has strayed far from the pop stylings of his days with D-Side and embraced the music he grew up around. Throughout his career as a recording artist, Derek Ryan has showcased his earliest musical influences at an extensive length, recording renditions of songs by Vince Gill, The Pogues, and Simon & Garfunkel. In 2014, he released the live LP The Entertainer – Live, which featured the track "Elvis Presley Medley," a 3' 30'' tribute to the King of Rock and Roll that included uplifting versions of "Suspicious Minds," "Burning Love," and "Can't Help Falling in Love." The Entertainer – Live peaked at number 5 on the Irish charts.
