"Treasure" is a song by American singer-songwriter Bruno Mars, included in his second studio album Unorthodox Jukebox (2012). Written by Bruno Mars with Philip Lawrence, Ari Levine, and Phredley Brown, the song is a luscious funk-disco gem in which the narrator declares his unconditional love for his significant other. It was released as the third single from the album and quickly entered the Top 5 of the Billboard Hot 100, US Mainstream Top 40, and US Rhythmic charts. Shortly after its release, allegations of plagiarism were put forward by French electronic artist Breakbot, who claimed the track ripped off his 2010 single "Baby I'm Yours," finally resulting in him being granted songwriting credits. Over the course of the next few years, "Treasure" was certified five-times Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) and was included in Bruno Mars' setlist during his halftime performance at the Super Bowl XLVIII in February, 2014.
