The songs I just bought are not listed in "My files," what's happening?

Once the payment has been validated, your files are available for download on your "My files" page. If the files are not listed, it could be one of several reasons:
  • The payment has not yet been validated.
    Normally, the payment validation is instantaneous. However, if your payment is still not validated after a couple of hours, you can contact us to check on your order status.
  • Your payment has been refused.
  • You haven't finished the payment procedure.
