I can't download my files, what should I do?

After the payment validation, your selected files are listed on the My Files page.
Here are a few tips if you are having trouble downloading your files:
  • Try to download the file manually: select the file you want to download and click on "Download MP3," then click on "Download the file manually."
  • Try to close any antivirus or protection software.
  • If you have any Download Accelerator software, disable it and try again.
  • Try to install Mozilla Firefox, which is a free and powerful browser available here. This browser is compatible with our downloading system.
